The 'Swing á la Django' band

Swing à la Django - the virtuosity of Swing

Swing à la Django is a unique and virtuoso band with two gold records playing Gipsy Jazz - their proper name is Django Pop. They have created a unique blend of styles by harmonizing pop music with authentic Balkan folk music, French manouche swing and Argentine bossa nova - the result is a unique style called Django Pop.

In the last two years, the band's hits have conquered the playlists of major radio stations and reached millions of views on music sharing sites.

In 2019, they played with Roby Lakatos at the Musikverein in Vienna, in Beijing, in Soho in London, etc.

They adapt to concert requests by playing authentic Gipsy Swing, Django Pop, New Wave Pop, Django Swing or covering well-known songs that the audience requests. The members of Swing à la Django have already collaborated with artists such as Stochelo Rosenberg, Sting, Zubin Mehta, Andrea Bocelli and Roby Lakatos.

They have performed at New York's Carnegie Hall, the Hong Kong Opera, the Royal Albert Hall, the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Montreal International Jazz Festival, among others.
